DEB ROBSON
In 1993, thanks to words of encouragement from her brother Bill, a Victoria REALTOR®, Deb left her sales and marketing career of over 20 years in the Metals Industry to pursue her exciting new career in Real Estate. She is a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, and has earned awards for her many Real Estate accomplishments. Deb is also a RE/MAX Relocation Specialist, assisting clients moving into and out of the Richmond/Greater Vancouver area.
Deb volunteers as an elected Director for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. She is a member of the Professional Conduct Committee, and is also the Education Chair for the Richmond, South Delta & Gulf Islands Division of the REBGV. As Education Chair, she helps to organize and coordinate educational presentations and speakers for her fellow Realtors. Deb’s involvement in her local Real Estate Board highlights her commitment to the level of quality that she expects from herself as a REALTOR®.
In her ‘spare’ time, Deb helps with various local happenings including Tall Ships events and the Britannia Shipyards Maritime Festival. Her newest passion is assisting in the organization of a
Youth Sail Training Center in Richmond.
DIANE CARDOSO
Growing up in Richmond, Diane understands the importance of our local schools and the support they require. She has volunteered on many projects at every level of both of her sons’ education and sporting activities. She was Secretary/Treasurer of the Richmond District Parents Association, has assisted in fund-raising for the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Diabetes Association, and has also worked with the CHIMO Crisis Support Centre.
Since 1982, Diane has been sharing her knowledge of the residential real estate market with Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Vancouver area. Her dedication to excellence has successfully guided hundreds of clients to their real estate goals. Diane’s extensive background includes working as a relocation specialist, working with builders on new construction projects and assisting in the training of her peers in marketing techniques and computer technology for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
As Managing Broker for Prudential United Realty – Jesani in Vancouver, Diane is required by the Real Estate Council of B.C. to maintain the highest standard of education and customer care. Her clients appreciate and benefit from her endless passion for excellence.
Diane’s extensive career has earned her recognition from Prudential International for Sales Excellence as a President's Circle Award Winner and a Leading Edge Award Winner. She is also a certified Relocation Specialist working internationally to assist buyers and sellers moving to and from the Lower Mainland.
